Cancellation And Refund

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

 

1. Cancellation by Members:
   Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting written notice via email or through their account on our site. Membership cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no charges will be applied for future billing cycles.
2. Refund Policy:
   For membership cancellations, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days upon receipt of all required documentation.
3. No Refunds for Services Rendered:
   Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Partial use of a membership plan will be charged in full, and no prorated refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation by Us:
   We reserve the right to terminate your membership or restrict access to our services at any time if there is a violation of our Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
